In other news, I'm currently "done" with school, and am doing an internship between two restaurants. On Mon/Wed/Fri, I do food prep which starts out cool every day, then always ends up with me doing some repeated task x number of times, such as claning artichokes, cleaning broccoli rabe or taking the vein out of and deshelling shrimp. ON Tues/Thurs it's totally kickass, though. I learn how to make a whole plethora of dishes for a few hours, then go home. Tomorrow is cannoli cream and ice cream, among other things I bet. Up to this point I've learned: a sweet balsamic vinegar/mint sauce for fruit, crepes, mussels, veal piccata, lemon chicken and fresh tomato sauce. Hit me up if you want any of the recipes
In other other news, I've joined a gym and am currently doing this body transformation thing on bodybuilding.com. We shall see what happens, eh?
